I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009 - 2012, the requirements of this
regatta committee, the Sailing Instructions, and the special ethos of classic yachting. I accept with no restriction these rules, I certify the accuracy of information provided on this form, and I confirm I have read paragraph 1 of the Notice of Race stating that it is the skipper responsibility not to start the race or to gain shelter in case the circumstances are such as to endanger the vessel and its crew

I certify that my yacht will have adequate third party insurance cover of at least
£2 million (€ 2.8 million) whilst participating in these events and that this insurance is valid whilst racing.

Legal Liability
By sending this entry form, participants accept that they are responsible for themselves, their crew and their boats whether ashore or afloat.
Nothing done by the organisers (ie club, race management team, patrol craft and anyone helping to run the event) will relieve participants of their responsibilities.
By launching (or putting to sea) participants imply the suitability of their boat and the competence of the skipper and crew for the expected or forecast conditions.
The provision of a “mother ship” does not relieve participants of their responsibility.
The boat is responsible to ensure that it is equipped and seaworthy so as able to face extremes of weather, that there is a crew sufficient in number, experience and fitness to withstand such weather, and that the safety equipment is properly maintained, stowed and in date and that the crew know how to use it.

I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race (published on the regatta website), the Sailing Instructions and all other rules that govern this event. In particular I have read Paragraph 8 of the Notice of Race and confirm that I agree to its provisions and that my boat will conform to its requirements throughout the event.
